By creating an account, accessing, or using the StonkHub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

StonkHub is a subscription-based platform that aggregates and displays publicly available data related to:

All data presented on StonkHub is sourced from public government records, regulatory filings, and licensed financial data providers. StonkHub organizes and displays this information for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past congressional trading patterns, lobbying data, or contract awards do not predict future market performance.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. StonkHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

StonkHub offers a paid subscription plan that provides full access to all platform features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. StonkHub does not store your credit card or banking information.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to extract data from the platform without written permission
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish data obtained through StonkHub for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account

6a. Community Features & User Content

StonkHub includes social features — including friend feeds, posts, and global chat ("Community Features"). You are solely responsible for any content you submit, and by posting you grant StonkHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

When using Community Features, you agree not to post content that:

• Constitutes investment advice, solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security
• Promotes pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated trading, or any form of market manipulation
• Contains material non-public information, or information obtained in breach of a duty of confidentiality
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of a third party
• Contains spam, advertising, referral links, malware, or automated or bulk-posted content
• Impersonates another user, a public figure, or a StonkHub representative

StonkHub does not pre-screen user content and is not responsible for statements made by other users. Any views expressed in Community Features are those of the individual user, not StonkHub. We reserve the right — but assume no obligation — to review, edit, remove, or refuse any content, and to suspend or terminate accounts, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Copyright owners who believe content on StonkHub infringes their rights may submit a notice under our DMCA Policy.

7. Data Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive to present accurate and timely data, StonkHub does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform. Data is sourced from third-party providers and public government records, which may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

AI-generated news summaries are produced by third-party language models and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as a sole source of information.

8. Intellectual Property

The StonkHub platform — including its design, code, brand, logos, and proprietary features — is owned by StonkHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Public government data displayed on the platform remains in the public domain. StonkHub's proprietary value lies in the aggregation, organization, presentation, and analysis of that data.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments include:

10. Limitation of Liability
